Question by Larry Davidson: I would like to know where chefs buy restaurant equipment and restaurant supplies?
I am a home chef, by no means am I culinary trained. But I love all of the restaurant equipment and restaurant supplies that you see on the cooking channel and in restaurants. The professional knives, pots and pans, and kitchen gadgets are totally awesome.

Can someone recommend a source for professional restaurant equipment and restaurant supplies?

Make sure to find one with a good used equipment /utensils section
