Soak in some hot water with Dawn dish liquid. If the pans aren't non-stick you could scrub them with a paste of baking soda.:)

Put enough warm water to cover the the burn stains. Now add a tablespoonful of baking powder/soda, leave for 10 min“s then wash with your own washing up liquid. This should lift the stains out
oven cleaner.
A warm damp rag and a little bit of meat tenderizer should loosen it up.
Dawn makes a degreser spray for this sort of thing.
If the pans are not aluminum, use oven cleaner sprayed on them. Let sit a few hours, wash as usual. Use only on glass, stainless steel, and ceramic.
DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM. Aluminum pans can be scrubbed clean with soapy steel wool pads.
