    Any place in the Colorado Rockies can point you to ‘panning’. Our group got supplies and guidance in the Buena Vista-area. (We didn’t ‘strike it rich’, but had a lot of fun wading the creeks, esp. when it’s so ‘hot’ in the valleys and lowlands.)
